Career Synopsis

  • The 2019-20 season will be Christopher's fifth season as a full-time assistant coach at Heidelberg
  • Works closely with hitting, outfield instruction, baserunning, strength & conditioning, and recruiting
  • Served as the head coach of a 17u showcase team, Team Easton Ohio, in 2014-15


  • Assisted in leading the Berg to 35-15 (14-4 OAC) record en route to a Regular Season OAC, Regional and Super Regional Championship before making an appearance at the World Series
  • Mentored 11 players to All-OAC honors, five to All-Region and one to All-American 
  • Guided 12 players to Academic All-OAC honors


  • Helped lead the Student Princes to a 27-13 record
  • Mentored seven All-OAC performers


  • Spent second season at Heidelberg serving as a full-time assistant coach
  • Guided Evan Long to All-Region and Academic All-District honors


  • Served first season as a full-time assistant coach at Heidelberg
  • Helped guide Derek Hug to All-Region honors for the third straight year as well as Academic All-American status


  • Worked as a graduate assistant for Notre Dame College
  • Coached the Falcons to a runner-up finish in the Mount East Conference Tournament in 2014
  • Served as the primary hitting coach/outfield instruction while assisting in day-to-day operations and recruiting
  • Helped coach the team to a team fielding percentage of .973 in 2015, ranking in the top five of NCAA Division II

  • 2013 graduate of McDaniel College in Westminster, Maryland
  • 3 time All-Centennial Conference Selection (2011-2013)
  • Finished career as all-time leader in hits (167), at-bats (505), runs scored (100) and total bases (228)
  • Helped Green Terror set program single season wins record in 2012 (24)
  • Led team to a runner-up finish at the ECAC South Tournament in 2013


  • Holds a M.Ed. with a Concentration in Computer/Technology from Notre Dame College
