Career Synopsis

  • The 2019 season is Jakubcin's 13th as a member of the Student Princes coaching staff
  • Mentored an All-OAC performer in each of his seven seasons as a full time assistant coach
  • After the 2015 season, Jakubcin was promoted to defensive coordinator by head coach Scott Donaldson


  • Spearheaded a defense that tallied 796 tackles, 27 sacks, and 12 forced turnovers
  • Mentored linebacker Zach Blackiston to All-Region and All-OAC honors
  • Assisted in development of All-OAC lineman Collin Pecoraro


  • Helped the Student Prince defense force 19 turnovers and 35 sacks
  • Guided four players to All-OAC honors
