HARROD – The Heidelberg University men's golf team competed at the OAC Fall Invitational on Sunday, played at Colonial Hills Golf Course. The tournament was scheduled to begin on Saturday and be a 36-hole event, but rain shortened the tournament to just 18 holes on Sunday. The Student Princes finished in 8th place with an overall team score of 337 strokes.
Jack Eifel was the leader for the Berg, shooting an 81. His score placed him in a tie for 25th place overall out of 53 golfers. Kurtis Lazur (84), Justin Lutes (85), and Andrew Sikorski (87) rounded out the top four for the Student Princes.
Heidelberg will be back on the course next weekend on October 10th when they travel to West Lafayette to face Muskingum in match play at River Greens Golf Course.
