Sikorski, MGOLF take sixth

LAWRENCE, Ohio -- After the final round of the Gatorade Intercollegiate Invitational, the Heidelberg University men's golf team slipped to sixth place. Collectively, the team shot a 306 in Sunday's round, four shots over their Saturday score of 302.

Andrew Sikorski finished sixth overall carding a 70-77 -- 147. Bryan Kennedy turned in a 75-77 -- 152, good for 17th overall.

Logan Dwelle (80-74 -- 154) saw a six stroke improvement from Saturday's round. Kurtis Lazur (77-78 -- 155) and Jaret Miller (85-85 -- 170) rounded out the Student Prince quintet.

The team returns to action Sunday at the Guy W. Kuhn Memorial Invitational.

LAWRENCE, Ohio -- With a 2-under 70, Heidelberg University golfer Andrew Sikorski is in a four-way tie for first after the opening round of the Gatorade Intercollegiate Invitational at Zoar Village Golf Course.  As a team, the Student Princes are in fourth.  

Behind Sikorski's 70, Bryan Kennedy (11th) shot a 75.  Kurtis Lazur (25th/77) and Logan Dwelle (40th/80) rounded out the scoring.  Jaret Miller carded an 85.  

As a team, HU (302) is 11 shots behind the leaders, Allegheny (291).  

The final round begins on Sunday.
