Men's golf takes fifth

HINCKLEY, Ohio -- The Heidelberg University men's golf team saw a five-stroke improvement on day two of the Fall OAC Invitational. The team shot a 309-304--613 over the two day tournament, good for a fifth place finish.

Bryce Creamer finished tied for eighth overall. The senior shot a 76-73--149 (+5). Andrew Sikorski followed with a 77-76--153. Junior Logan Dwelle (81-77--158), Bryan Kennedy (75-87--162), and Kurtis Lazur (85-78--163) rounded out the team for the Berg.

Chance Campbell and Aaron Mitchell competed as individuals. Campbell carded a 77-82--159 as Mitchell finished with a 92-79--171.

The team is back in action Sunday at the Defiance Invitational.
