LAFAYETTE, Ohio -- Led by two all-conference performances, the Heidelberg University men's golf team took third place at the Ohio Athletic Conference Championship. Andrew Sikorski and Kurtis Lazur both took home top ten finishes.
As a team, the Berg turned in a four round score of 1229, just two strokes behind runner-up John Carroll.
Sikorski finished second overall, carding a four round score of 297 (+5). Lazur was tied for ninth, with a weekend score of 306.
Shooting a 316 over the span of the tournament was Logan Dwelle. Bryce Creamer and Blake Kaffenbarger were the other two competitors for the Student Princes, as Creamer shot a 318 and Kaffenbarger a 320.
All five members of the team finished in the top 30 of the tournament.
