MGOLF: Student Princes win JCU Invitational

WEST LAFAYETTE, Ohio -- This past Saturday, the Heidelberg University men's golf team won a small three team tournament at the River Greens Golf Club in West Lafayette, Ohio.

Heidelberg scored a team tally of 302, that slightly edged hosts John Carroll University (303) by just one stroke. Muskingum University (311) finished third.

Division II school, Malone University fielded five individuals, including medalist, Thomas Pressler, who shot a one over par score of 73.

Kyle Nekoloff and Michael Schuller finished in a tie for second overall with a score of 74. Nekoloff's score was tallied as an individual score.

Bryan Kennedy stroked a 75, Keaton McKinley shot a 76, Andrew Sikorski scored a 77, and Logan Dwelle rounded out the team score with an 80.

Also competing as an individual was Aaron Mitchell who shot a 79.

The Student Princes will hit the course on Saturday, April 20 at the Baldwin Wallace Invitational in Cleveland, Ohio.
