Career Synopsis

  • The 2017-18 school year is Hartsel's 11th at Heidelberg, where he has served a variety of roles
  • Starting his sixth season as both head men's & women's golf coach, fifth as assistant women's basketball coach


  • Coached the women's golf team to a 4th place finish at the OAC Championships while the men's team finished 8th
  • Guided Morgan Fultz to a second team all-conference performance
  • Helped the women's basketball team reach the OAC Tournament for the fourth straight season


  • Coached the women's golf team to a 6th place OAC finish while the men's team finished in 7th
  • Organized the hosting of the Heidelberg fall & spring invitationals, the first home golf events for HU since 2012
