AUSTINTOWN, Ohio -- Heidelberg University men's lacrosse player Chris Storrs has been named an All-Ohio Athletic Conference honorable mention, as announced on Wednesday.

Storrs, a freshman long-stick midfielder, was a key part of the Heidelberg defense this spring. The Cleveland native picked up 82 ground balls and caused 30 turnovers. He had a season-high six caused turnovers in a win at La Roche.

In March, Storrs and teammate Nick Selfridge were named OAC Players of the Week.

Storrs also scored twice and tallied an assist this season.  He becomes the first player in program history to earn a postseason honor.
