BEREA, Ohio -- The Heidelberg University men's tennis team fell 9-0 away to Baldwin Wallace University in their penultimate match of the season.
With the outcome, the Student Princes now stand at 2-6 overall and 1-5 in conference.
Senior, Porus Shroff was once again in the middle of the action for Heidelberg, taking the most games both at first doubles with partner Tate Schoen and third singles. In the doubles match, the duo fell 8-4. In his singles match, Shroff was the last one playing as he forced a tiebreaker in the second set. Tied 6-6, Shroff dropped the tiebreaker 7-4.
Jordan Robbins also took games in the second set of his sixth singles match winning three games.
Heidelberg will return home for their final match of the season and senior day on Wednesday, April 24 as they host John Carroll University. The program will honor seniors Porus Shroff and Alex Sprague for their contributions prior to the match.
