TF: Gutzky wins Hammer; Men 5th, Women 6th

ADA, Ohio -- The Heidelberg University track and field teams returned to Ohio Northern University for the second-straight weekend, taking part in the Ohio Athletic Conference Outdoor Track & Field Championships. The men's side took fifth while the women's side finished sixth.

As a team, Heidelberg had 15 All-OAC performances, including one champion.

Mount Union's men and Ohio Northern's women won team titles.

Below is a list of top-three finishers, earning All-OAC honors.

Men's Hammer … Ben Gutzky was the lone champion for the weekend for Heidelberg. His best throw was his last -- 180-06.

Women's 200M … Kelsey Grove was the OAC runner-up with a time of 25.80.

Women's 400M … Sarah Hunter took second in the 400, clocking a 57.85.

Women's 400M Hurdles … Allison Schwarzbek took home second place with a time of 1:04.93, .01 off of first place.

Women's High Jump … Olivia Hipp leapt to a second place finish, clearing 5-1.25.

Women's 4x100M Relay … The quartet of McKenzie BIniker, Hunter, Schwarzbek and Grove took third with a time of 49.80.

Men's 4x400M Relay … Jerrod Lyon, Tim Faiken, Kenny Beucler and Eric Peterson were second with a time of 3:23.02.

Men's High Jump … Wes Fritz cleared 6-4.25, good for a second-place finish.

Men's 400M Hurdles … Beucler was third with a time of 54.59.
