TF-M: Beucler and Stoll help men finish fifth at OACs

WESTERVILLE, Ohio -- At the Ohio Athletic Conference Championships, the Heidelberg University men's track & field team took fifth place. Dan Stoll earned All-OAC honors in three events while Kenny Beucler was all-conference twice. All totaled, Heidelberg had five All-OAC performances and scored in nine events.

Men's 200 Meter Dash: Dan Stoll was the runner-up, clocking a 22.19.

Men's 400 Meter Hurdles: Kenny Beucler was second in the event with a time of 52.54. Three of the nation's top five times this season are from OAC runners.

Men's 400 Meter Dash: Again, Dan Stoll earned All-OAC honors with a third-place finish in the 400. He finished in 48.98 seconds.

Men's 4x100 Meter Relay: Branden Short, Kenny Beucler, Dan Stoll and Volaskis Walkins were third in the 4x1 with a time of 42.54.

Men's 10,000 Meter Run: On Friday, Austin Neura earned the men's first team points of the day in the 10K. Neura placed third overall with a time of 31:49.76 for the podium finish.

Men's 4x400 Meter Relay: Eric Peterson, Kenny Beucler, Mitch Luken and Dan Stoll took fourth in the 4x4 with a 3:22.35 -- a tenth of a second off the podium.

Men's 4x800 Meter Relay: The quartet of David Drushal, Eric Peterson, Dylan Wiechart, and Mitchell Luken placed fourth overall in a time of 8:04.87, an improvement of nearly 30 seconds on their seeding time.

Men's High Jump: Wes Fritz was fifth in the high jump, clearing 6-05.20.

Men's 5,000 Meter Run: A day after placing third in the 10K, Austin Neura was seventh in the 5K with a time of 15:00.97.
