WILMINGTON -- Offensive woes continued for the Heidelberg University women's soccer team in a 1-0 loss at Wilmington College on Saturday -- the first conference match for both schools. Heidelberg has been held scoreless for the past 200:22.

The Student Princes fell to 5-5-1 overall and 0-1 in the Ohio Athletic Conference while Wilmington improved to 7-2, 1-0.

Heidelberg levied 10 shots on the evening, with only two on frame. Wilmington hoisted 20 shots at HU goalkeeper Alexandra Farmer, 10 on goal.

The game's lone goal came in the 56th minute. Alex Vestal cut through the HU defense and sent a shot on goal from nearly 30 yards out. The ball sailed just over the outstretched fingertips of Farmer and into the net.

The Berg is back in action on Wednesday, as they travel to Capital University (7-2, 1-0) for a 7 p.m. start.
