DELAWARE, Ohio -- Four first-place finishes helped the Heidelberg University track teams to an outstanding day at the Marv Frye Invitational, hosted by Ohio Wesleyan. Overall, the women's team tied for third and the men's team came in fourth.
"We had a great meet today ... Just what we wanted before All-Ohio next week," said head coach Joe Yoder. "I'm proud of how the team did and can't wait until they are fresh and have their legs under them."

Here's a look at the top-eight finishers on the day:
Men Hammer Throw -- Tristen Durr won the event with a throw of 54.15 meters. Ben Gutzky took third with a 50.67 meter throw.
Women High Jump -- Olivia Hipp won the event with a jump of 1.63 meters.
Men 400 Meter Hurdles -- With a time of 55.04, Kenny Beucler won the event.
Women 100 Meter Dash -- Three Student Princes finished in the top eight of the event. Bethany Beaver finished second with a time of 12.49. McKenzie Biniker (12.76) and Kelsey Grove (12.79) took seventh and eighth.
Men 5000 Meter Run -- With a race of 15:48.07, Dom Frey finished third.
Men 1500 Meter Run -- Austin Neura's time of 4:03.16 earned him a third place finish.
Men Discus Throw -- With a throw of 43.78 meters, Alex Fee finished third in the event.
Men Long Jump -- Jerrod Lyon's jump of 6.59 meters was good for a third place finish.
Women 400 Meter Hurdles -- Allison Schwarzbek's time of 1:05.85 earned her a third place finish.
Men 400 Meter Dash -- Jerrod Lyon finished fourth with a time of 50.13.
Women 1500 Meter Run -- Rachel House ended in fifth with a time of 5:00.69.
Men 800 Meter Run -- With a time of 1:57.73, De Churchya took home fifth place.
Men 100 Meter Dash -- Shane Boehler finished fifth with a race of 11.12.
Men 4x100 Meter Relay -- The team of Edward Alfred, Daizon Bennett, Shane Boehler, and Jerrod Lyon took home fifth with a time of 43.62.
Women 100 Meter Hurdles -- With a time of 17.04, freshman Allison Schwarzbek finished sixth.
Women Shot Put -- Haley Wulff's throw of 10.34 meters was good for a sixth place finish.
Women Javelin Throw -- With a throw of 28.14 meters, Olivia Hipp finished sixth.
